Why does the product appear to be different on the website than the original piece?
We try to capture the design in its utmost essence, with true to reality colors, though sometimes the result is subject to lighting and may appear different on each screen depending on the screen resolution. Each product is unique as it is handcrafted which implies that no two pieces can be exact replicas, with a 5-10% margin on changes in weights and dimensions and therefore the overall look. We strive towards putting all our efforts to match it to the specifications provided on the website and do not compromise on quality at any point.

I see a different price than what I saw earlier for a design, why is that?
We update our prices if there is a noticeable hike in the prevalent gold rates or other precious materials used in the design, this would be the only reason for the hike you see.
Do you have any stores or stockists? I would like to see the product before buying it.

What is the authenticity and quality of the gemstones used in your designs?

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest, but we will need you to fill in your email address at checkout and phone number during checkout for communication related to order fulfilment and logistics.

Your order package will include a duly signed product specification sheet. We stamp all our products and will honor our commitment in case of any manufacturing defects.

Which is your recommended method to submit my ring size?
We would recommend method 1 from the sizing guide. The image of a ring neatly placed on a ruler is the clearest way for us to ascertain ring size.
What if I receive a damaged piece?
Ouch! That's sad!
In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond back right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed. We shall then arrange a pickup for the damaged product to be sent to us. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging.
I broke/damaged my jewelry while using, can you help?

Our team will respond back soon, to help remedy the situation and we will offer our assistance in getting the best for you!

Can all the rings be resized?
Every ring is made on order and we have a standard procedure that we follow to confirm the ring size which allows us to get an accurate size most of the times. We shall follow the provided measurement for crafting the ring. In case you need a size adjustment, a new piece will have to be crafted and sent to you, an additional token amount shall be applicable.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns and refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your online purchase at MOI, we will arrange to take the product back and organize for a partial refund, which shall be 85% of your total invoice value. Please be aware that we will deduct 15% on the invoice value in lieu of handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs incurred. To be eligible, you will need to write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product about your decision to return and images attached if relevant to your case.
Once we respond to your query, we will arrange for a pickup of the product. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the same and if it meets all return guidelines and is found in its original condition, we shall initiate a full refund.
Should the returned product not meet the above return guidelines, we have the right to deny a return request.
